Our company has been building new homes in the Athens and Lake Oconee Area for over 4 years. Here is our portfolio of some of our homes along with an estimate of the current Cost to Construct each home. All estimates are approximate.

The Barksdale

The Barksdale - This is a 1 and 1/2 story with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a bonus room. The house shown was built on an unfinished basement. This home features a master and a guest bedroom on the main level.

2nd Floor	543 sq. ft.
Total	2126 sq. ft.

*Estimated Cost to Construct - $228,775.00 - Includes Site Finished Hardwood Floors in Kitchen, Foyer, Family Room, and Dining Room. Granite countertops, tile showers, tile floors in bathrooms. Call for other standard features. This price also includes all Brick Construction.

The Broderick

1st Floor	685 sq. ft.
2nd Floor	719 sq. ft.
Total	1404 sq. ft.

*The Estimated Cost to Construct - $122,345.00 - Includes hardiplank siding, architectural shingles, brushed nickel light fixtures and hardware. This plan was built with a finished basement. The total finished area was 2089 ft2 (heated and cooled). **This house was built without an attached garage** Add $12,500.00 for an attached garage (per the plans).

The Sorenson

1st Floor	916 sq. ft.
2nd Floor	895 sq. ft.
Total	1811 sq. ft.

*Estimated Cost to Construct- $214,320.00 - This home was constructed on Lake Oconee in 2005. The Purchaser who bought it sold it for over $100,000 more the following year. Hardiplank siding, brick base (around house), on a basement foundation. Granite countertops, 5 inch pine floors, carpet in bedrooms, and tile in baths.

The Crenshaw

1st Floor	1382 sq. ft.
2nd Floor	436 sq. ft.
Total	1818 sq. ft.
Opt. Bonus	298 sq. ft.

*Estimated Cost to Construct - $311,550.00 - (2 different homes pictures) Both of the homes pictured were constructed on Lake Oconee. Both homes were built on a finished basements. The total heated area was 3498Ft2. Included Granite Countertops, Hardwood floors through most of main level. The price above includes the all brick construction and the finished basement. *The covered screen porch and the site built fire pit were both upgrades and were not included in the price above.
